We do our utmost to have information and material flow: If at all possible, without any faults, at the right time, in the right quantity to the right person – so that every customer has a reason to be one hundred per cent satisfied with us.
Our well-trained in-house team of process owners masterminds this endeavour and manages regular improvement workshops. In the course of these methodologically clearly structured workshops, the associates involved in an assignment participate in finding solutions and assume the responsibility of implementing respective measures.
All of this happens under the motto of “MaJo”: Miteinander agieren – JACO optimieren (acting together – optimising JACO).
