Getting Better and Better Together with All Employees

We do everything we can to ensure that information and material flows: as error-free as possible, at the right time, in the right quantity, to the right person – so that every customer has reason to be one hundred percent satisfied with us. Our in-house and well-trained team of process facilitators, under whose leadership regular improvement workshops are held, is in charge of this. As part of these methodically clearly structured workshops, the employees affected by a task contribute to finding solutions and take responsibility for implementing measures. This all takes place under the heading “MaJo”: Acting Together – Optimizing JACO.
