Printing Process
Letterset Printing - fast, multicolor printing
In letterpress printing, each color is first applied individually to a printing plate and then to a rubber blanket. From there, the print image is transferred to the product to be printed. Compared to other processes such as screen printing or pad printing, letterpress printing enables higher printing speeds and is well suited for producing challenging print images. challenging
Printing is carried out exclusively in special colours (Pantone Matching System / HKS). This enables standardised results with a high recognition value and ensures compliance with the customer’s corporate design. Our capacity exceeds 300 million items annually, ensuring swift and flexible order processing.

IML process - Highest Print Quality for Sophisticated Solutions
In what is known as in-mold labelling, pre-printed labels are inserted into the injection mold. When the plastic is injected into the mold, the labels are bonded to the plastic to form an inseparable unit due to the high temperature of the plastic.
The IML process can be used for our best-selling model I230AWG (27 x 144mm). With this process, photorealistic motifs and different surface effects such as glossy, matt, rough and metallized are possible. To ensure redundancy and capacity, we have two systems in use, each with 32 cavities.
