We are a successful, fourth-generation family business with around 140 employees and are one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of printed plastic packaging. Our main markets are food supplements, pharmaceuticals, laboratory equipment and cosmetics.
We are looking for a Machine Operator IML (m/f/d) to join our team in the injection molding shop as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Operating and monitoring IML injection molding systems
- Preparing and setting up the IML systems and adjusting the process parameters
- Setting up and checking the camera system
- Creation of new test programs for new parts
- Ensuring a smooth production process and manufacturing sample parts
- Carrying out quality checks and documenting the results
- Analyzing and rectifying faults on machines and systems
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work
- Participation in improvement measures to optimize system availability

- Experience in handling production systems
- Technical understanding
- Careful and precise way of working
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1 spoken and written)
